Provide access to information regarding members
Provide a means of recourse through the complaints process

Government

Appoint public members to the Council

Minister of Health

File an annual report and a financial statement

Court of Manitoba

Uphold the right for fair and open policy appeal mechanisms

Elect members to the Council
